The course material was originally developed by teacher and author, Joe Dallas and is comprised of a five-section outline: R.O.U.T.E. (Repentance, Order, Understanding, Training, and Endurance).

The Men's Workshop includes five sections, each with three chapters with video and interactive fill-in-the-blanks as you watch. The Singles Workshop (both guys and girls versions) features eight different speakers who are experts in their fields. The speaker team includes pastors, counselors, and authors - each with specific experience in working with men and women regarding sexual sin issues.
