We’ve been working extra hard to deliver a great accountability program and a great customer service experience for our X3watch family. We’re undergoing a lot of changes right now and are about to release some major updates to both our Mac and Windows versions, as well as our support website.
I’m excited to give you a sneak peak of the new customer service/help center that we’ve been working on. Here are some of the new things you can expect when it launches later this month:
– An all-new “Guide to X3watch” section. This guide will cover all the basics of setting up and configuring X3watch. It’s perfect for those new to accountability, X3watch or for anyone looking for a refresh on the features.
– Improved knowledge base articles featuring how-to videos and illustrations.
– Improved search: We’ve built in new features that make searching for and finding relevant articles easier and more accurate than ever!
– Comments and article voting: Users will now be able to comment on articles and/or vote them up or down. We’ll be tracking this feedback and working hard to improve the article and address any technical issues that we see trending in your comments. We’ll even be replying to those comments as well.
